My fascination with the human body led me to a career in the medical field. Nursing felt like the right fit, allowing me to be bedside, part of a care team. In my journey, I wanted to be everything from a pediatrician to an X-ray tech, but nursing became my calling. My passion lies in being present for patients facing the fear and stress of a cancer or hematological diagnosis. I aim to educate, support through surgeries, labs, and treatments, and guide them into survivorship. I want patients to know I'm here, ready to discuss any concerns, and an integral part of their support team. In the challenging times of life-limiting illness, my focus is on enhancing their quality of life and providing unwavering support.
