Rachael Diane Bagley, NP

Rachael Bagley is a board-certified nurse practitioner with ANCC. She obtained her Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she was a registered nurse with experience in endoscopies, hospice, and working in the progressive care unit. Rachael has a passion for women’s health and diabetes education. She is driven to build strong relationships with patients and their families. Rachael advocates for her patients in order to achieve the best possible outcome. In her spare time Rachael enjoys spending time with her family, decorating, baking, and crocheting.
