COACH JUNIOR Personal Trainer

Coach Junior Concept is a unique personal training approach. I come to you in the comfort of your home or apartment gym and any natural outdoor space. There are several ways that I set myself apart from other personal trainers. First, my university degree in Physical Education assures that the basic sciences of physical fitness are the foundation of our training. Secondly, my skills in coaching professional athletes are considered when designing and helping you execute a fitness program to achieve your goals. Thirdly, I have the knowledge and experience of working with disabled and injured athletes professionally. Therefore, I can modify fitness plans and workouts so that at any age or health scenario, you will progress forward in your health and fitness goals. It’s not uncommon for me to personally train a parent and then work with their teenage athlete to enhance their sports performance. I also work with friend or colleague groups for an upcoming race or event, which increases accountability, competition, and performance. My goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and healthy from the inside and out!
