I have always had a passion for working with children and their families. My goal in providing care is to ensure the patient and family feel heard and to work with them to achieve desired outcomes. My background in nursing enables me to foster a comfortable and safe environment when discussing some of the more difficult urologic problems. I began my career in preschool education, followed by a 6-year nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Texas Children’s and the peri-anesthesia department at Dallas Children’s Medical Center. I advanced my career by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing.
