Purpose Central Coast Lean

Central Coast Lean, is a California Public Benefit Corporation, and we began our journey in 2009 with the goal of building a sustainable community of lean practice on the Central Coast. Lean is a principled and practical approach that we believe in. It focuses on maintaining or increasing customer value while simultaneously enhancing processes and operational efficiency through the active engagement of teams in problem-solving. Our mission revolves around several key objectives: create networking and learning opportunities and spread lean thinking across industries. To achieve these objectives, we offer a wide range of activities and services, which include: workshops, summits, lean coffee meetings, and more.
