When a client comes to me for the first time, we talk about virtually every aspect of life, their financial picture, employment, their plans for the future 5, 10, 20 even 30 years out because I know that I'm helping them purchase a home, most likely with a 30 year mortgage, that will impact every aspect of their life to come.

I believe it's my job and my obligation to discuss with them how this home as debt, basket of liabilities and asset is going to support their life plans over the next 30 or more years.

Over the years I help my clients protect & maximize their home equity and when it comes time to discuss their retirement plan and the role their home will play in retirement, I educate my clients so they can make the homeownership choices that best support their retirement lifestyle, cashflow, and legacy wealth desires.
