When I had my first son, the labor and delivery nurse that cared for me in the hospital, inspired me to go into nursing. I wanted to care for patients and give them the kind of care she gave me. Patients can expect a very holistic approach from me. I like to treat them as a whole person and not just as a disease process or something that's acutely going on with them. I chose family medicine because I?m passionate about a lot of things. I love taking care of children and the elderly, and all ages in between. I would say my biggest passion is probably women's health and hormone therapy because it's something I've struggled with myself.
