Over the years, Cactus has tested thousands of UST’s and associated piping and has performed thousands of Stage II tests on facilities throughout Texas and surrounding states.
Cactus’ home office is located in Houston, Texas.
Our clients include major oil companies, industrial companies, governmental organizations, jobbers, convenience stores and service stations.
The principals in the company are its founders, President, W.H. Guarniere ("Bill Sr.") and son, W.D. Guarniere ("Young Bill") VP of Operations. We, with our employees, have remained dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest testing technologies available and incorporating them into our testing services.
All of our key employees are Texas A licensed installers.
