Saffron Capital was founded on the belief that traditional index investing is fundamentally incomplete without downside risk management. In response, we formed a financial advisory to solve portfolio formulations to better manage risk, while maximizing returns using our rules-based technology and investment approach.

The company is a Registered Investment Adviser based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The company was formed in 2019 and is organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota as a Limited Liability Company. Brad Horn is the principal and sole owner of the company.
