Erin R Frazier, MD

Erin Richey Frazier, M.D., earned a bachelor’s degree from Rockhurst College, Kansas City, Missouri, and a medical degree from the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City. Dr. Frazier is board certified in pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Pediatric Association, and the Academy on Violence & Abuse.
A native of Portland, Oregon, Dr. Frazier loves spending time with her family and enjoys exercise, reading, and going to the lake. She is dedicated to her family's health and loves to talk about healthy eating and exercise.
Dr. Frazier has been voted by her peers as one of Louisville Magazine’s Top Docs for 2019.
