Collaborative. Rather than a therapist nodding and asking you “and how do you feel about that?”, we are working alongside our clients to analyze patterns and work toward their goals.
Holistic. We consider not only client-reported symptoms, but broader-system impacts on functioning (e.g. physical health, intimate relationships, familial systems, societal conditions, etc.).
Nonjudgmental. We know how important it is to have a therapist that gets it. We work with our clients to make sense of what they’ve been through and guide them to where they want to go.
