Frederick J Stocker, Jr., MD

Frederick J. Stocker Jr., M.D., is a pediatric psychiatrist at Norton Children’s Behavioral & Mental Health, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. Dr. Stocker has a special interest and experience in autism spectrum disorders, childhood trauma, attachment disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. He is board certified in pediatrics, child and adolescent psychiatry, and psychiatry.
Dr. Stocker believes each child needs and has the right to a healthy life, and his goal is to help the families and caregivers make this happen. He makes it a priority to collect as much information as he can and truly listen to his patients and their families.
In his spare time, Dr. Stocker enjoys walking, hiking and reading. He also spends time with his grandchildren as much as possible.
