Kelly A Jenkins, MD

Kelly A. Jenkins, M.D., is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon with Norton Children’s Orthopedics of Louisville. She earned her medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed her residency at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, and her combined fellowship at Cleveland Clinic and Akron Children’s Hospital in Ohio.
Dr. Jenkins cares for patients from birth to adulthood with the goal of getting the patient back to daily activities in the quickest and safest way possible. One of her favorite reasons she enjoys providing care for children is working with their families and participating in shared decision-making so families feel confident in the chosen treatment plan.
In her spare time, Dr. Jenkins enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, a black lab. They like to go on hikes and walks, and play golf as much as they can.
