South Florida Gynecology & Women's Health was founded in 2006 by Dr. Randye Karmin. What began as a boutique practice in Boca Raton, Florida, has grown to provide care across all three counties of South Florida with offices in Boca Raton, Miami, and Pembroke Pines. Dr. Ninoutchka Dejean joined Dr. Karmin in 2010 to make the expansion possible as the patient population grew. In 2023, Dr. Lydia Valderrama joined the practice. Dr. Karmin, Dr. Dejean, and Dr. Valderrama each bring decades worth of experience providing comprehensive gynecologic care to women from adolescence to menopause. Guided by their desire to make the visit to the gynecologist as painless and pleasant as possible, they provide comfortable office spaces with compassionate staff in a warm and welcoming environment where patients will feel seen and heard.
