Steve Lewitton, MD

Dr. Steve Lewitton is a board-certified cardiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease. 
Dr. Lewitton earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern. 
After residency, he pursued a research fellowship in Molecular Cardiology and a clinical fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at New York University. Dr. Lewitton served as the Chief Cardiology Fellow in his final year at New York University. Dr Lewitton then completed an Interventional Cardiology fellowship at NYP Cornell.
Dr Lewitton practiced General & Interventional Cardiology for 15 years in Austin, TX. He and his family recently relocated back to the New York area and he is now practicing General Cardiology with an emphasis on prevention & risk factor management.
