Lifetouch Counseling

Lifetouch Counseling is a group practice that specializes in Trauma and Couples therapy. We see clients ages 17years old and up. We believe that all people have core needs of being seen, heard, and felt and then experiencing acceptance and love which is lived out in a relationship. This is foundational to our dual specialty of trauma and marriage therapy.
Additionally, to help rewire our head-heart-body connection we offer EMDR and Brainspotting Therapies as well as Safe and Sound Protocol. These interventions can access parts of the brain and nervous system that traditional talk therapy can’t.
