I wanted a career where I could serve others while being at the forefront of emerging technologies and advancements. My approach to patient care is to provide the best treatment while considering a patient’s goals, quality of life and daily activities. I chose head and neck surgery and microvascular reconstruction because it affects people in a very personal way, and there is great opportunity to positively impact one’s life. When I am not at work, I like to spend time with family, hike, exercise, cook and travel.
