Kathleen E. Bautista, LCSW

Kathleen Bautista, LCSW, provides care with Springfield Clinic Behavioral Health team. She is seeing patients at Springfield Clinic Lincoln.She earned both her Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work degrees from Illinois State University in Normal. She has nearly 30 years of experience in behavioral health, most recently serving as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2019. "I am passionate about giving people an opportunity to feel safe, helping people overcome emotional, physical and mental struggles and providing people with the skills to make their lives more fulfilled," says Kathleen. "However, I would have to say that I am most passionate about advocating for people that struggle with finding a voice in their lives and in their communities."She is excited to provide the needed mental health resources to a rural community like Lincoln."Over the years my career has allowed me to work with numerous populations, and I found that working within health care would allow me the opportunity to work with a wide range of people and issues on a daily basis," says Kathleen.In her free time, Kathleen can be found either at a soccer game cheering for her son or at her camper near a lake. She also enjoys reading and drinking coffee.
