Robert C. Maccabee, DPM, of Advanced Footcare & Sports Medicine, on the East Side of Manhattan in New York City, is a board-certified podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon. He is a graduate of the University of Albany, where he was a member of Beta Beta Beta, a National Honor Society in the Biological Sciences, and a Medical School graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. After receiving his medical degree, he completed a post-graduate surgical residency in medicine and reconstructive procedures of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Maccabee has served as a Board Examiner for new practitioners, achieving certification. In addition to demonstrating expertise in treating foot and ankle disorders, he has contributed his sports medicine expertise by coaching soccer and baseball athletic programs.
