Our Rochester Regional Health Laboratories patient service center at Latta Road is located in Greece, NY. This new site offers 6 dedicated draw rooms, 2 pediatric rooms, and a convenient self-check-in system. With a full range of health screening options, our experts are ready to provide you with convenient and accurate testing and results.
Our location follows a first-come, first-served (walk-in) service standard, and we accept requests for lab order collections based on prescriptions signed by licensed providers, regardless of their hospital affiliation. We do not perform collections for Quest or LabCorp at any of our collection locations.
Testing for samples collected is performed at the RRH Ambulatory Lab located on Elmgrove Park in Gates, NY, one of six local RRH testing labs nationally recognized and accredited for superior quality, customer service, and rapid turnaround of diagnostic results by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), and the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB).
