CZTG is a private practice specializing in trauma and relationship therapy. We work with adults, teens, and couples experiencing the impacts of trauma, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, relationship struggles, and more. Our therapists receive ongoing advanced training and supervision in somatic, experiential, and relational methods of trauma and couples therapy modalities, including EMDR, EFT, AEDP, Somatic Therapy, and Yoga Therapy. CZTG is a private pay practice and does not accept insurance.
