I decided to go into medicine because of my love for fitness and wanting to be able to help others. In medical school I went in with a goal of knowing I wanted to work in a rural community and specialize in family medicine. Inside of rural medicine there is a variety of ways you can work. The reason I chose to come to work for Mercy is because it?s Mission ultimately aligned with my own values and goals.
