Kasie M Hoover, APRN

Kasie Hoover, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner in pediatric rheumatology who rejoined Norton Children’s in August 2020.

The Louisville native earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Bellarmine University in 2013 and then her Master of Science in nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in 2017.

She worked at Norton Children’s as a registered nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit and pediatric emergency department before becoming a nurse practitioner. Kasie then spent three years in pediatric primary care before returning to Norton Children’s and becoming part of the pediatric rheumatology clinic.

Kasie is a board-certified nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives.

She loves spending time with her family, including her husband, young daughter, and three dogs. Kasie also enjoys reading, crafting, running, and anything Disney-related.
