Nathaniel T Liu, MD

Dr. Nathaniel Liu is a vascular surgeon with Norton Vascular Associates. He is originally from Cincinnati Ohio. He completed his medical school training at Case Western Reserve University.  He then completed general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship through University hospitals of Cleveland Ohio. Dr. Liu has been in practice with Norton Healthcare for the last seven years. 
Medicine has been an important part of Dr. Liu's family tradition. His grandfather and grandmother were missionary doctors who brought the family out of communist China. His father, uncle and aunt all followed suit and became physicians as well. Dr. Liu is married to Dr. Sarah Kane, M.D. who is a female pelvic medicine and reconstruction surgery specialist with Norton Healthcare.
Dr. Liu treats blood vessels throughout the human body including cerebrovascular disease, aortic aneurysm disease, lower extremity peripheral arterial disease, hemodialysis access, and varicose veins. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery.
