Balraj & Jose met a few years ago on opposite sides of the process. Jose was new to the Nanaimo mortgage broker industry and Balraj & his wife were first time home buyers. After a successful home purchase in Nanaimo, Balraj was interested in learning more about real estate financing and explored the idea of becoming a mortgage broker himself. After completing the educational and licensing requirements, he teamed up with Jose who started showing him the ropes. The two became friends and worked well together from the get go, learning and growing at the same time.
