Gabriella Carenza, FNP, CDE | Fallbrook Medical Office | PHMG

Gabriella Carenza, FNP is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Palomar Health Medical Group's Fallbrook Medical Office. She began her medical career 1984 as a registered nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. She joined Palomar Health Medical Group in 1998, where she specializes in Family Practice. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and teaches Diabetes Management classes in both English and Spanish. She also has a focused interest in Women’s Health.

Ms. Carenza received her degree in nursing from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of San Diego. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the California Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. She speaks fluent Spanish and Italian.
