OVER 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE
CAD Drafting and Custom Home Designs has been in the business of drafting and contracting for decades. We are locally owned and operated by Dennis Zillig, of Pineville MO.

In 1981, Dennis began to pursue custom home building, additions and remodels. He obtained a general contractor license in 1983 and continued to work toward the #1 goal of adding CAD & architectural design to the business’ growing list of specialties.

Over the years, we’ve developed from vellum drawn drafting formats to full CAD operating systems. CAD Drafting and Custom Home Designs uses the latest in Premier Architectural Design CAD Software, “Chief Architect”.
