Into The Light

Into the Light is a mental health treatment center in Redlands, California that provides outpatient treatment for men. Our program is designed to help men develop the tools, skills, and capabilities they need to maintain wellness and stability. Our staff of experienced instructors and therapists are dedicated to providing our patients with the support they need to achieve their recovery goals.

Our program offers individualized care plans and group classes that address a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. We also offer support groups and community education programs to help our patients stay on track with their recovery.
