Caketopia

From all our senses, smell and taste are the ones creating the strongest memories. This is why the main focus in my cakes is on flavour rather than design.
I mean, they don't look too shabby :), but trust me, long after you had your slice of cake, when your mind will wonder back at the great party you had, when it will come to the cake, you will not think of how shiny that chocolate glaze was, or how vivid were the colours on the galaxy glaze. The first thing to pop in your mind will be how refreshing the lemon & lime mousse was, or how well the basil was complimenting the strawberry, or how the chocolate mousse was melting away in your mouth bringing back memories of childhood ice-cream.
