Da Monica Cannon, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, who has over 20 years of clinical experience providing independent management of patients across the lifespan. Da Monica has experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Staff Nurse at several rehab and skilled nursing centers and inpatient hospital units. Da Monica earned her MSN - Family Nurse Practitioner and her BS in Nursing (Magna Cum Laude) from Columbus State University in Columbus, GA. She graduated from Southern Union State Community College where she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing after earning her diploma in Practical Nursing from Columbus Tech. She is a member of Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority, Inc., the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of West Georgia. In her spare time, Da Monica enjoys spending time with family, especially her granddaughter.
