Parikshit Duriseti, MD, Nephrologist

I care for patients with a wide range of kidney disorders, from end-stage kidney failure to acute kidney injury. I find taking care of my patients extremely rewarding. Listening to my patients' concerns and symptoms to reach a diagnosis and providing the best care I can makes me happy. 

I attended medical school at Mamata Medical College, completed my residency at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, and was awarded a fellowship in nephrology at the Mayo Clinic. 

Teaching residents and fellows and participating in medical research are also rewarding parts of my work. Some of my recent research focuses on lactic acidosis, polycystic kidney disease, kidney disease in multiple myeloma, and IgA nephropathy, a rare condition that causes inflammation and kidney damage.
