I strongly believe in providing education and guidance to patients so they may be informed and empowered to make healthy choices. I am passionate about the growing epidemic of obesity and enjoy helping patients achieve a healthier lifestyle through discussions on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle modification. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and dogs. Together with them, I enjoy all outdoor activities, cooking and watching college football.
