We are a small team of civil engineers who are registered & licensed building inspectors. At this stage, we only operate within a radius of 40 km of Perth City in Western Australia. Basically, we are third-party contractors who are hired to come in and oversee a building project to ensure it's being completed to the highest possible quality. We also help people who are looking to buy new homes or already own a home, by thoroughly inspecting the property and generating a detailed report on its true condition. We also do building structure inspections of properties to make sure there are no structural issues.
Moreover, we also have pest technician license holders in our team. They cover all the inspections related to pests in residential and commercial properties. If someone is suspecting or want to know if the property is infected with the presence of ants, rodent, cockroaches, termite etc , our team visits the property and search for bugs and other creatures that can cause damage to the structure of your property, a health hazard or both.
