We have built up our apprenticeship programme and created the perfect delivery model by collaborating with over 120 employers in our local area to talent match ideal apprentice candidates to grow businesses and meet the demands of our ever growing £2.5 billion industry. We provide our employers access to government funded courses in order to up-skill their existing workforce as well as providing access to new, young, ambitious, motivated talent who are passionate about the industry. We believe all employers should be in the driving seat of their apprentice’s learning journey as you will be moulding these learners to become the therapist/technician of the future, therefore your input is key to their success.
