Hammer Forged Athletics is an athletic development organization that provides expertly crafted and community focused programs for individuals seeking to achieve their athletic goals. Each program, camp, and class is taught in an uplifting environment by seasoned coaches and vetted educators. A passion for fitness and wellness sparked Coach Elizabeth to start programs and classes for those that sought further progression in not only their chosen sport but in their physicals and mental goals. What began as a few personal training sessions and teaching group classes within her community, Elizabeth knew that she needed to share her knowledge and resources in other communities as well. So in 2021, she built her business, assembled her team, and got to work.
