At RapidDoc Urgent Care, our grand vision is to elevate your healthcare experience in every facet – convenience, quality of our providers, and a high end facility to make you feel at home; all with a hospitality approach to customer service. We are staffed by Emergency physicians, whom are best trained to tackle any of your non-emergent or routine medical needs. Our care is innovative and efficient, with a paperless medical records system, an online portal to access test results, and online registration which can be completed before you even arrive. Our facility’s elegant decorum is unmatched, with 70+ spaces of on-site complimentary parking, phone chargers, and TV’s in every room to optimize your comfort. We have an on-site lab, PCR testing, X-ray services, Ultrasound, as well as a variety of other tests to care for a wide array of urgent care needs, as well as routine physicals. We treat a wide array of conditions including cold and flu symptoms, headaches, injuries, abdominal pain, STD’s, urinary tract infections, lacerations, and more. We also have a close referral network of subspecialists to ensure close follow-up. We are open 7 days a week, with unique extended late-night hours. There are no appointments necessary and we pride ourselves on our short wait times. We accept most PPO insurance plans as well as direct payment, and despite concierge-level service, we never charge a membership fee. Established in 2023.

RapidDoc Urgent Care was founded out of the COVID-19 pandemic by an Emergency Physician frustrated by the lack of healthcare access leading to emergency room overcrowding and inefficiency. RapidDoc was founded on tenets of compassionate care, optimizing convenience, and raising the bar of the healthcare experience. We aim to provide concierge level service while still staying affordable. Our founder has worked in a high-volume trauma center, various emergency rooms including a pediatric emergency room, and knows what it takes to deliver high-quality healthcare to everyone, from neonates to geriatrics. Our fully-equipped facility is brand new, opened in 2023, and is in the heart of the Miracle Mile of Los Angeles, just blocks from the Grove, LACMA, also serving near-by Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Korea Town.
