Before I began assisting clients with mortgages, I was a teller, customer service representative and Administrative Assistant in the Retail Lending Department. In those roles, I assisted customers and potential customers with choosing the right account, preparing the necessary documentation and accurately and promptly processing their transactions. These experiences were based in formulating knowledgeable and supportive relationships to help individuals and families work towards their goals.
