My passion for weight-training began the first time I stepped into a gym, as a 10-year-old girl. I knew right away that this was an environment in which I could thrive and reach my full potential, both physically and mentally. Later, as a police officer for the city of Tulare, I began to pursue my other passion, serving the people of my community.
