Dr Ron Walker specializes in surgical treatment of head and neck cancer and endocrine diseases, including thyroid disease, parathyroid disease, and skin cancer of the head and neck. He integrates the latest technologies into his practice, such as robotic approaches to treating cancers of the mouth and pharynx.
His research interests include intraoperative margin analysis in oral cavity cancer and overall outcomes and quality of life for head and neck cancer patients.
Dr Walker is an associate professor in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, Division of Head and Neck Cancer and Reconstructive Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
