Marilyn Maxwell, MD

Dr Marie Philipneri treats patients for conditions related to kidney disorders and disease, and hypertension. She provides evaluation and management of: resistant and secondary hypertension; lupus nephritis; diabetic and chronic kidney disease; anemia in renal disease; urinary tract infections; kidney stones and other conditions. She uses the latest technology in her practice, including 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure measurement, and systems to measure central blood pressure/pulse wave velocity.
Dr Philipneri is interested in research into kidney diseases, hypertension, and outcomes research.
She is a professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Nephrology, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
