Dr. Shumantov has a dental license in Europe and the United States. He was born and raised in Bulgaria and comes from a family of dentists.

Dr. Shumantov began his career pursuits at the Sofia Medical University for Dentistry in Sofia, Bulgaria, earning his undergraduate degree. He then moved to the United States and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the New York University College of Dentistry in New York City, New York.

At the Center for Advanced Dentistry, Dr. Shumantov takes a personalized, common-sense treatment approach. He loves building relationships with his patients and never rushes appointments, taking the time to listen to concerns, answer questions, and explain treatment options in-depth.
