Irina Klyatis, MD

Irina Klyatis, MD is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician, and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center.Dr. Klyatis obtained her Medical Degree from Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University, and completed her Internship at Pirogov State University in Moscow, Russia. Dr. Klyatis also completed a pre-residency fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Preliminary Surgery at Maimonides Medical Center and a Residency in Family Medicine at St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center in Queens, NY.In addition to Precepting at New York Medical College in the Foundations of Clinical medicine and Family and Community Medicine, also founding facility member at Phelps Hospital, Dr. Klyatis’ areas of expertise are inpatient care, office practice, and nursing home/assisted living/rehabilitative care.
