"We are a psychotherapy practice in Dupont Circle in Washington, DC. We provide psychotherapy and psychological testing to young adults and adults. We provide a range of therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR and DBT. At our practice, you will receive thoughtful, personalized care where you will learn to handle challenges more effectively, and strengthen your ability to cope with everyday stressors. Our approach is grounded in dialogue and our therapists provide a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental. Therapists will provide you with observations and insights that can be used to reevaluate situations, understand and articulate your feelings better, develop your coping strategies and more successfully navigate relationships.
