With over 13 years in practice, Lotus Psychiatry and Wellness lead psychiatrist, Mustafa Pirzada M.D. has a vast amount of experience in evaluating and treating children, adolescence and adults for a wide of disorders. At Lotus Psychiatry and Wellness, he has assembled an interdisciplinary team that is equipped to treat both the body and mind. Dr. Pirzada completed his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Florida, where he held the prestigious position of Chief Fellow. Prior to this, Dr. Pirzada attended medical school at Ross University and completed his psychiatry residency at West Virginia University. He is licensed to practice medicine in Florida and California and is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Pirzada treats children, adolescents and adults for all general psychiatric issues, including psychopharmacology, cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, family therapy, depression and grief, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, ADD/ADHD, autism, eating disorders, bipolar disorder and substance abuse.
