When working with trauma it is essential that we meet unprocessed stress within the felt sense of our physical body. Embodied Processing is a technique which is used to safely meet and digest the underlying wounds, which is what often hides behind and is the driving force of many of our surface symptoms. This is a transformative therapy where clients learn to work through their own childhood wounds, trauma’s, insecurities, triggers and stressors and embody the teachings and techniques into their daily lives.
