Charles Whitehead MD

Charles “Chase” Whitehead IV, MD, is a family medicine physician serving patients of all ages. A graduate of the McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), Dr. Whitehead completed his residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency in Houston. Because he was inspired by his doctors as a child and teenager, Dr. Whitehead chose to become a physician. Dr. Whitehead treats a variety of conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and acute care. His clinical interests include diabetes and all types of sports injuries.
