Philip Blum MD

Dr. Blum graduated summa cum laude from Johns Hopkins University in 1982 and Baylor College of Medicine in 1986. He completed his Neurology specialty training at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Blum spent 6 months of his neurology residency training specifically in the technique of electromyography and nerve conduction studies. Post-residency, he did additional fellowship training in neuroimaging of the central nervous system (MRI, MRA, CT). Because of a unique training and perspective in immunology, Dr. Blum is able to offer infusion services within his offices and offer treatment of immune related neurological disease.
Dr. Blum has remained involved in immunology, neurology, and neuromuscular research.
