I believe myself to be a lifelong learner of the mind. I enjoy studying it, and helping patients feel empowered so that they can also build a lifestyle catered towards self-care, self-compassion and mindfulness in their day to day lives. My medical interests include working women with hormone related mood conditions, women who are trying to get pregnant, are currently pregnant or in postpartum stage to help with medication management, as well as other therapeutic modalities for treatment. I strive to treat my patients as I would like my family to be treated. I take a team approach to treatment and like my patients to be actively involved in making decisions regarding their health.
