Since 2001, Lauren Rosin President of LRT Offers mission has been to promote home ownership through buying, renovating, & reselling houses. The product of our business is home ownership. We believe that houses in America are meant to be owned and loved by the families living in them; families who deserve safe and long-lasting homes to be enjoyed for many years.

We provide a quick, simple solution for sellers with houses in need of repair by offering you an “as-is” all cash sale. Then we transform the house by completing a premium renovation including new kitchen, new bathroom(s), new roof, new flooring, new heater, etc.

After the renovation is complete a new family will move in and make it a home again. Once that family moves into the house, LRT Offers mission is complete.
