We started in the Tax Industry in February 2011 as Ocean State Tax & Financial Service Center, originally as a self-employed entrepreneur business; and later, in 2018, we incorporated in the state of Rhode Island as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) under “Bratini & Associates Enterprises LLC”. In the same year, our business also adopted a fictitious name known by the public as “Ocean State Tax & Business & Service Center” and now, “Bratini Tax Relief”.
